We have more than 140 models of retractable sills at our disposal. Each set of ATS electric thresholds is checked for completeness and technical conformity before shipment. The electronic, wiring and mechanical parts are checked.

When installing electric retractable sill plates, it is not uncommon for car bodies with the same markings to have differences depending on the year of manufacture. The differences are not visible to the unaided eye but are so significant when installing the sills. We always check the differences and make sure that our sills are in the right condition so that the installation is easy.

Also one of the main aspects of ATS company activity is maintenance and repair of electric thresholds of both own production and third-party manufacturers. During maintenance of retractable sills special grease and sliding bushings with Kevlar mesh and Teflon coating, as well as stainless steel pins and axles are used. The service also includes repairing broken sill brackets and painting.

Before painting, all elements of the sill hinges are sandblasted, after which we consider it necessary to apply an acid primer for greater corrosion resistance after painting. The painting is also done in three stages. After these procedures, the mechanical parts of the retractable sill hinges are as good as new.
