On the Mercedes GLE Coupre in 167 body, we already have upgraded sills. The retractable brackets now have a new shape. They have become narrower than the previous ones, which less “eats” the clearance of the car. The ground clearance has decreased only by 7 mm, from the factory declared 202 mm to 195 mm. Also grease capsules are preserved, thanks to which frequent maintenance of sills is not required and brackets are kept in working form longer.
